Watch: Hyderabad Shop Makes 10,000 Samosas In A Day - Video Goes Viral

Let's admit, it is hard to say no to a plate of hot samosas served with spicy chutney. Most of us, at some point in the week, opt for this lip-smacking street snack to satiate our taste buds. Don't you? Well, then, you must meet this local street vendor who prepares 10,000 samosas daily. Isn't that so amusing? A video from a shop in Hyderabad is making the rounds on Instagram. While some are appreciating this culinary achievement, others didn't think of it as a big achievement and questioned the hygiene conditions at the samosa shop.

The process of creating these samosas begins with forming large balls from all-purpose flour dough. These substantial dough balls are then flattened into thick rotis. They are stacked on top of each other, creating multiple layers. These layered rotis are further flattened into thin, oversized roti using a rolling pin. Next, they are placed on a large griddle. Once one layer is cooked, it is peeled away from the stack one by one. These cooked rotis are again piled together and sliced into rectangular shapes. Finally, these rectangles are filled with the desired stuffing and sealed into the classic triangular shape. In the end, the samosas are fried until they turn golden. Take a look at the video below:

On the other hand, some people raised their voices against the unhygienic environment in the shop. A person said, “Ye log kapda kyun nahi pehente hain pura. Pasina bhi mil jata hai in logo ka. [Why don't these people wear proper clothes? Even their sweat gets mixed in the food.] “The million-dollar question is how many drops of sweat go into the recipe," read a comment. Someone wrote, “That oil is poison; please replace it.”
